Don't recommend renting or buying an apartment here at all ! Worst year of my entire life staying there ! Extremely inconsiderate neighbors and the most useless security doing nothing about it or any complaints we've ever called in for . And now after we've finally moved out and after getting a professional housemaid to deep clean the entire apartment and now waiting for our deposit money back we are getting unnecessary and numerous complaints about how "dirty" and "moldy" the entire apartment is and how many things are "missing" and "wrecked" that were that way when we moved in . Biggest scammers on earth !

Great investment, the apartment complex is well taken care of, very quiet area and neat.

Proud owners of an apartment here. It might not be the best facility but you definitely find a great investment here. As per all complexes there are some neighbors that are not the best to live with but the price range it really is the best in the area. Surrounding areas are also now being developed so has become more secure. Complex remains neat and relatively quite. Perfect for newly wed couples and small families starting out. You will find most of the issues are from rental companies who manage the rentals but not the actual complex itself.

Excellent security provision, 24/7. Spacious, quiet, neat with apartments and apartment blocks fairly spaced from each other. Neat and tidy appearance with low noise tolerance. Safety is a key issue, and events are time controlled to suit all inhabitants. Adequate space for children and young adults. Parking for inhabitants and visitors clearly marked.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who values fairness and respect. My experience here has been extremely disappointing due to clear signs of discriminatory behavior from management/body corporate. Despite following all the building’s rules and maintaining my unit responsibly, I was treated unfairly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner that seemed to be based on bias rather than facts. When I tried to raise my concerns, they were dismissed instead of handled professionally. It’s deeply concerning to see such attitudes in a place that should provide equal treatment and a safe living environment for all residents. I hope the management takes serious steps to address these issues and implement fair, transparent communication moving forward. Until then, I strongly advise potential tenants to consider other complexes that truly respect diversity and equality.
