The worst year Ive had in my entire life. Electricity extremely high. Management is another story. Mould on the walls & bathrooms 🤮.

Is becoming a better looking complex on the outside. Although the work abruptly stopped. Electricity is very expensive and water cuts are common. No loadshedding which was nice. Although the kids broke alot of things and make alot of noise. But okay for a starter place when in bad times.
