The garden is meticulously tended to, but the apartments show signs of age, including issues with the plumbing. As an investment property, it may not be favorable unless converted into student accommodation.

A very nice access-control place with friendly community and well guarded 24/7. It has a communal pool for hot days with a dedicated braai area for those private little parties. It has rooms to rent and two bedrooms and one bedroom flats.

My naibour keeps on bumping my car while parking, when I try to speak to him he is so rude. We complain to body corporate and also sent email to building manager but no reply. They don't take complaints or anything serious. Please advise 🙏
