Villa Bianco

It's my home so definitely love it. The complex is well run with a good managing agency and a hands on estate manager on site. Security is friendly and always at the gate. There's a pool and braai area as well which adds to the comfort of staying here.

Villa Bianco. Ridiculous rules unbelievable BC. NOT FRIENDLY. I Stay for 10years in Villa Bianco never a problem . all of a sudden rules charge was not even in contract. It was school holidays and the kids were playing. We as parents are working we can't keep children under house arrest and that is what Villa Bianco wants us to do .They bold a park for the children .but know apparently is not child friendly. Security always got problem kids make a noise how can kids play with out making noise .they not deaf and dum.There is know a new rule apparently we can't have 2 cars unless where must pay for parking, for a whole lot of money.and this was not even stated in our contract . Another rule for swimming is that our visitors are not alot to swim.how cruel is that, and it's so sad we as tenant's are not people who party or. disturbant We are left to wonder If Villa Binco future is to be an old age home since not child friendly,parking issues ,swimming for our visitors and etc. It is sad to say whe feel like whe not valued as a tenant

Security and other staff on property very friendly. Garden areas always neat ,clean. Peaceful , appreciate listening to the birds chirping , the wild ducks are so cute bit are a bit much sometimes. The pool and braai areas are a nice relaxing addition. Nice place to live.

Ive been staying in Villa Bianco complex for a very long period of time and I agree with the previous comments rules are there to keep order which I get but not to make living impossible. You can't put anything outside on the common property you not allowed to put your washing outside to dry you must leave this inside out of sight done that my washing smelled. The body corporate said they tested this method and the clothes do dry. Lies. You not allowed to hang any colour curtains only neutral this was never part of my contract also. Kids are not allowed to be kids here and it's definitely different strokes for different folks. I have a car on my parking bay and it's not in running condition they complained about this to say it's not aestically pleasing for the complex. Insane they give letters and then warning letters and then a fine.

Very funny complex I lost my phone in my apartment while asleep it sounded like a movie I woke up without phones yet my doors were closed … I contacted the caretakers and nothing was done yet there are security at the gate 😭😭😭 and how about the funny guys that smokes tick at some corners
