Definitely not child friendly, no play ground so children have to play in busy drive ways. Many of the tenants are noisey.

Very very strict rules.pet friendly by approval.no playground for kids as the complex is not designed for occupants with kids.noise and nuisance rules 24/7.

If the complex is designed to be child free,why do they still accept tenants with children.This is just horrible no playgrounds,your door must be closed cause of kids making noise inside it's cruel.

Moved in most of the stuff don’t work , rust old cupboards asked the people if they can fix and they said it’s not important money going for free. And not even a playground for kids to play. Overall experience is horrible wouldn’t recommend
