Been here over 10 years. The noise has become unbearable. Kids don't just play they shout at each other all day every day. If you're looking for peaceful this is not the place to be. Working from home lately has been torture. No rules of conduct are being enforced. Can't even relax by the pool on an off day, over 18 rule at the adults pool being ignored. Can't even sit in your own home and hear your tv above the noise. Would give 0 if I could.

It's close the where all the tourists want to be. Great accommodation for students. There are two swimming pools in the area. It's great for children to play and keep busy. It is within walking distance to the beach. It seems to be cat friendly as I saw a few cats there. The only problem here is parking availability, especially on public holidays. Sometimes the neighbor's tend to get loud but that's expected on a public holiday. Was only here for 4 days but I enjoyed it a lot.

Best place to stay when in Muizenberg. Quick access to all major routes like the M5 and Baden Powell Drive
