Villa Magnolia Apartments - Hatfield.

Beautiful apartments and very clean

Beautiful and secure place, peaceful with friendly neighbors

Very big apartments for the price. Security is good. Grounds are well maintained. Very quiet. Sufficient undercover parking and only a 15 minute walk to campus. Close to pick n pay. One of the best options for students

My first year there renting a 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful! But the second year of renting a 1 bedroom was beyond terrible. Half of the complex is infested with cockroaches, inside and outside the units. The rental company, Dormel Phalane, rented out these units with full knowledge that there are cockroaches in them and then made it tenants problem to deal with the infestation. It took multiple complaints and emails to finally get them to do something about it. Also the full solar backup only applies to some units and for most it’s only a single plug in the unit. Really just not worth it.

This place is Beautiful and neat , quite and @ a good place , I loved it
