Very beautiful place. Centrally located and close to most shops. Security is a bit of an issue though.

not as secured as they claim, no cleaners, apartments are for students not family, hidden costs area has bad network connections(mostly when there's loadshading)

I stay here, the place looks good. But safety is below par and there are no cleaners. The hidden costs that comes with water and electricity through this 3rd party called protea meters 🚮. When I moved in I reported issues that needed maintenance it’s been 3 months without even attending those issues.
