We are very unhappy as we checked in this afternoon at 3 and the house were not ready. The sheets are yellow stained. The main gate is faulty as well as our allocated garage. The host not available and very unfriendly. We are stuck inside and cannot move to the mall or to our function. Please can we be assisted with a technician as soon as possible.
