Neat and well looked after residential complex. Nice gardens, pool, braai area. Spacious home rooms and living areas.

Wow what a beautiful complex first time there. The gardens are extremely lushly green and beautiful. Peaceful atmosphere. Just loved 😍 ❤️ it

We enjoyed doing a show day, for selling a property at Ville Savannah today. It is a tranquil townhouse complex in Faerie Glen. There is a strong borehole for garden and household use of the whole complex. There is also a communal pool in the complex. Security seems tight at Ville Savannah: we had to sit outside for the show day, and accompany visitors on the communal property

We did a show day at the Ville Savanna complex today (or actually outside the complex, as they are strict on security). The complex has a strong borehole, supplying water to the gardens and houses. Being a slightly older complex, you still get spacious bedrooms and living areas, as well as open space between units in Ville Savanna.
