Very nice complex. Units are well laid out and the downstairs units have a small garden area leading off the lounge. Parking bays per unit and there are specific bays for visitors.

Typical old Plumstead apartments : well constructed during an era when bricks were used, so old-fashioned layout & fittings, but functional for semi-bachelor living (single Dad; 1 son). Premises secure, but no visitors' parking inside. Fortunately, suburb is not too prone to petty crime.
