Waterfall Heights.

My advice to anyone looking to buy or rent… DONT live here . Seriously, this is the worst place to live. Everyday there’s a new issues . We either don’t have water or we don’t have electricity. Everyday there’s a burst pipe somewhere , which means no water. This week alone there was a “bust pipe” 4 days in a row . On one for the days , we were the only complex with no power for 11 hours without an actual reason.

Great complex..some parts need upgrades

Never been so disappointed with the way an apartment complex is managed like waterfall heights. Constant unexplained water cuts, security system not working for months and the guards acting like you want to gain access into the complex illegally when their rubbish system is not working. The cherry on top, electricity was cut off when we weren’t supposed to have load shedding and the notice only said we’re cut off “due to late payment by MMM” pathetic!! I regret ever moving here. The management does not care at all about the tenants. It’s disgusting

Theres a lot of water, electricity and wifi outages in the complex and around the area.

No running water even everyone surrounding has water but waterfall heights has no water. Biggest water crisis. Children play area is dangers as many items in jungle gym are broken, despite many complaints no one taking care of it. And many times children got injured because of it. Smelly and green swimming pool, water is always green. High maintenance, low response from body Corporation Entry and exit gates are always broken or only visitor lanes are working. You have to wait for 5-10 minutes to enter or exit even you are residence. Securities and Guard are busy romancing with domestic helper and don’t care about gate they only care about inside things and give residence people, warning for such nonsense like why you put your shoe rack outside, why children plying outside. Worst ever complex with very very bad management by trafalgar.
