Upmarket feel to the place. Gym, kids play area, conference room, swimming pool, and on the roof there are 2 entertainment areas to braai etc. And very quite and relaxing vibe...

Terrible experience. Always dirty, many issues with building management and contractors. Terrible neighbours, 2 units with drug addicts, multiple other units with noisy inconsiderate people. Ridiculous electricity prices. Bad maintenance. Useless monopolistic internet provider, they lied saying that there is fibre but there isn't. Don't move here.

Good building. But had a very bad experience with the agent. Does not respond, rude, and no respect. A lot of drug use among other tenants.
