Fantastic place that is safe and secure with Gordons Bay Security actively patrolling the area. It even has a park inside to entertain the kids.

This is a great little estate. Close to many amenities. Quite and peaceful. The kids internal park is a blessing.

This estate is great for small families or retired couples looking to scale down. It is a relatively small estate offering 50 full-title, free-standing homes with single garages and the estate has a peaceful atmosphere. The estate is well managed and offers good security, with electric fencing and access control and is situated in Fairview Golf Estate, with a 9-hole golf course. The estate does not have a swimming pool nor does it have 24-hour manned-security, but it is well located, close to local Gordons Bay amenities, and is a great investment option, offering good value for money.
