Very quiet residential complex

Not sure why the receptionist Laetitia is so rude, unhelpful and dismissive especially to homeowners. She treated me and two other clients at reception so disrespectful and had the worst attitude. If she does the work that’s required of her these types of occurrences wouldn’t be necessary.

When you are called out to work at this estate they will send you to there office and wate your time to drive to there office to fill papers in to get acces for your workers. The best and biggest estates isn't even this difficult. You need to fill a form in at the gate not at this place you need to wast your time driving t9 there office nothing special like a copy of the ID nothing just the lady signing your paper and you drive all the way back to the gate. Is this lafy special that we need drive after here to get here signature? This estate is rising my expense and time and it will effect all clients avoid this place if you are in the market to buy
