Clean, busy and not enough parking space for visitors

Great Complex to live in. Awesome security day + night. No pets allowed which gives you a great night's sleep, no barking etc

This place is incredibly unsafe, and the gate remains open 24/7. I've only been here for two weeks, yet I've experienced five days without electricity due to constant power outages. I would not recommend It to anyone.

Well lol I still live here ... so I'll highlight aspects to consider before moving in but can't go into details yet! 1. PEST out of control is my TOP concern. 2. Kids can't be playing outside yet, but there is no space for kids to play otherwise. 3. Regularly power problems cost me my meats, and no one cares, but a lady was nice from the VP PLUS group, which helped me claim it. 4. My neighbors fantastic people all nice and friendly ... Just 1 that really took the parking space way too serious. 5. No demarcation on parking bays . 6. Private balcony loves it, and we've been safe and sound here. 7. It is expensive to rent here, especially under these conditions otherwise worth it 👌
