Very well maintained complex, very good security, complex is very safe, Very Conveniently situated, very close proximity to major shops, little stores, schools, Doctors, Vet, Lonehill Park, Gym etc. It is pet friendly, and particularly a cat friendly complex. Perfect, wonderful complex for people who desire a particularly peaceful, environment. People keep to themselves, it is a nice and quiet environment. Issues I had while living there; Oftentimes, after load-shedding ends, there were further power outages due to electrical faults affecting the Complex. - Complex managers make it difficult to book private events at the pool-club-house, Apparently the complex residence can use the pool amid your "booked" private event (*not sure if still exists, must be confirmed*) - The pool is painted in gloomy colour, not a vibrant, summer blue, and noticeably, a vast majority of the residents do not use the pool, not even on weekends. - Some houses seem to have a damp issue (however damp is a common issue in many complexes in Johannesburg). This complex is NOT a children friendly complex, Not if you have young, active kids, since the kids will be confined to their own living space as there is no play area. No holiday feel during year-end festive season, no festive lights, very dull. However overall, what matters is that it is a very peaceful, quiet, safe, neat, tidy living environment, for this reason it might be worth a 5 star only if you that's what you're looking for.

Estate is nice but coucoraches is a inconvenience. Be ready to see them everywhere all kinds of them every time.
