Safe and secure family friendly estate. Has a beautiful dam for fishing and lots of space to run walk or ride your bicycle.

The estate is absolutely beautiful and the service from all the staff is friendly,. professional and efficient. We are so impressed with the way it is maintained. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there can be a bit of noise that carried across the valley especially on Sundays, this could be a problem for anyone who doesn't like noise. We haven't found it very disruptive.

The security of Blue Mountain Estate needs to go for customer service training! I was there to do my nails as the nail technician works from home. The female security at the front gate has no manners, doesn't greet and got irritated when she called and came out to the wrong person. She asked me angrily why I gave the incorrect address, but that was the address the nail technician gave me. She has no etiquette or way of speaking to people. She had me drive right around and told me I'm at the wrong gate and I had to move to the back of the line. I told her that she's very rude and owes me an apology and she just looked away. Very poor communication and she has no business being at the forefront of an establishment with her disgusting attitude!

Blue Mountain Village is an excellent estate. Good Value, clean and well run with the friendliest people. A true Community living experience! Close to Shops, Restaurants, Schools, beaches - the works!
