Don't ever deal with this company. Utterly disgraceful. Poor workmanship.Utterly shoddy building practices. No ethics. No comeback when you have spent millions buying a property in a retirement village. Absolute abuse i call it. Stay away at all cost.

We purchased our home from Cape Estates three years ago, and we are still dealing with unresolved issues. The main concern has been ongoing water damage problems, especially every winter. Despite repeated attempts to have these issues properly repaired, we continue to experience recurring defects. There has also been a serious lack of communication. Responses are inconsistent and often delayed, and follow-ups only seem to happen when it suits them. We are once again required to arrange meetings to address problems that should have been fixed long ago. We are aware of numerous homeowners who have sold their properties because they could no longer cope with the poor workmanship and ongoing stress. Buyers in Cape Town, please be very careful and ensure that all workmanship and guarantees are thoroughly checked before purchasing.
