Security is not as strong - People always complain about stuff stolen You won’t get your deposit back - they ignore you when you have problems

Very neat apartment complex. I love how it's located on the less busy side of Glen Marais, Kempton Park. Very serene environment, although you'll have to get used to the occasional planes passing above as it's in a flight path.

There are too many break-ins targeted at ground units . The security is no help . The agency (Zelri) ignores your maintenance request and you end up fixing things.

Space is too small. The kitchen structure honestly doesn’t make sense. On top of that. The security at the place is the worst. There have been multiple break ins and the property did nothing to increase or enhance security. When you have issues they take their own sweet time to respond to grievances. And the new property company(Zelzi) is not making anything easier. There sometimes no water and electricity in the complex alone for a full day minimum 😏

Wow what a nice place l felt welcomed.The care taker goes an extra mile.The environment is quiet and peaceful.The security is tight and friendly, they respond to any issue fearlessly. I recommend this place to everyone it's the safe space for a family.Thumbs up for the care taker the property is looking good.🥰🥰🇿🇦
