Sandpiper's Nest.

Nice town houses. Everything is nice. U can rent or buy house. Two and three bedrooms with two toilets and parking and play ground for children. Its a secured and nice place to live

Stay away. They have big issues.

Really well run and maintained complex, I was viewing 2 units up for sale. The complex is huge with an awesome huge park in the middle where a stream (dry atm no rain) runs through the middle. I would have bought there immediately, the one unit was incredibly done inside, but I already had something else lined up. First time buyers, I really recommend you check this place out.

Beautiful complex. Well run and well maintained. Was there for a friend's birthday party. Club house also further from units so you can have your get togethers and parties privately and other residents are not overly affected by noise. Only issue is parking for normal visiting especially in rainy weather. You park further from most units.
