It's in a great area but the apartment is not well taken care of and there is friendly people

Do not move in here. Myself and my partner moved in on 1 May and 2 weeks later our apartment was broken into and we were told it’s not their responsibility to ensure our safety and protection or our belongings. This making our apartment the 12th break in between March and June 2025. We started a WhatsApp group as tenants and discovered there was a couple who was doing the break ins and that Property Partners was aware. They give you 1 key when you move in and is adamant they must have the second set. They refusing to pay our full deposit back even though we made it clear from the day we submitted notice that we are terminating early because they failing to protect us as tenants and they are rude and horrible. No sympathy. I am approaching the Rental Housing Tribunal as they keep getting away with this. I have several emails to proof this. Please do not rent at Alison Court with Property Partners

Very dirty, unsafe, old building, everything is falling apart. Thieves break in and out of units stealing tenant valuables, landlord doing nothing. When I experienced house break-in and asked for my locks to be changed they told me locks and security gate will be on my on my account. Alison court is not worth your money, peace and safety of your loved ones.
