Lovely flat I saw. New flooring and painted! 85sqm plus a garage!!

You do not want to live here. Though people are generally very friendly, they are incredibly inconsiderate when it comes to noise pollution. Some residents blast their televisions loud enough to be heard while wearing noise canceling headphones with noise cancelation switched on. Others have taps, or some other appliance that sounds like a foghorn loud enough to wake neighbours from sleep. The walls are thin and full of pipes, and one of the two bedrooms in each apartment is built right next to kitchens, meaning that when dishes are washed, it sounds like someone is renovating. Which brings me to another issue. People are constantly renovating because of how poorly the apartment interiors are maintained. I have never lived in an area where there is so much hammering and drilling. It doesn't happen every day of course, but enough to, with all the other disturbances, make a peaceful and quiet life impossible. So if you are a writer, video editor, avid reader, or just someone who likes to watch your television shows without having to put your television loud enough to drown out the noise of some very audibly disrespectful neighbours who are generally very friendly out in the open, yet won't concede to toning it down, I really would recommend this as your home.
