Aquarius

Modern apartment complex with stunning views of ocean and mountain.

I recently experienced a distressing incident at the Aquarius Apartment Block in Mouille Point, where someone from the apartments threw firecrackers down, landing on my husband's car and leaving gunpowder marks. Despite our attempts to address the issue with the owner, Raju, and his associates, they were blatantly rude and unwilling to take accountability. We approached Raju seeking a resolution, but he ignored our concerns, forcing us to take matters into our own hands. After personally fetching the police, the situation finally began to be addressed. It's disheartening when accountability is evaded, especially in a community where residents should feel safe and supported. This incident raises questions about the responsibility of property owners and the need for a more proactive approach to maintaining a secure and respectful living environment. As residents, we hope for improved communication and cooperation within the Aquarius Apartment Block to prevent such incidents in the future.
