Aroma Park Village

Decent size apartments for a start-up family. The maintenance of the property is great. However, the actual apartments need attention.

Well maintaned gated complex with good sized 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Garages, under shadecloth and open secure parking inside the complex. 24 hr security guards, electric fencing and monitored CCTV. A stones throw from Cape Gate Mall and Medi Clinic, Glen Garry Shopping Centre. Pick & Pay Hypermarket and Food Lovers just down Brackenfell Boulevard. Very easy access to N1 to Cape Town and R300 as well as outgoing to Paarl. Aroma Park Village is a really very nice place to call home.

Nice Complex. Apartments are a decent size, but they are not equal sizes. Most apartments have a garage at their disposal. Has great communal areas, but not ideal for ball games. Security is great. Very quiet, but the N1 makes quite a lot of noise during the day and night.

It's a nice, safe and clean complex to live in. I just wish they would invest in planting grass in the area's where weeds have taken over completely. It looks nice and green in winter, but when summer comes, it looks terrible. Instead they waste money on benches for people to sit on under the trees in the weed infested grass areas where nobody wants to be. I hope the body corporate sees this post and does something about it, then I would gladly give it 5 stars.
