The worst place ever... i curse the day i decided to stay here..... if your looking pls dont choose ashanti. Not until they sort out their electricity n water issues ....
The worst complex to live in, kids play on the parking area making it difficult to drive on the property and scratch your car, and even urinate on your tyre. When reporting it there’s no accountability from the parent as they are part of the property Trustee and feel they are greater than thou.Theres constant reporting of kids playing around parking areas damaging the cars however no action. So if you want your car to be safe do not go live in such a lawless property for your peace, also there’s always electricity outage and no water on weekends..
The worst complex to stay in , don’t even think about buying/renting here because their books are not in order! The complex only has supply of water 4 times a week and the Ekurhuleni Municipality always cut off the electricity because they don’t pay the bills (levies) we are in the dark because the BC can’t keep their books in order. They don’t even deserve one star! I REPEAT STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I am currently paying R800+ on my prepaid to help them to clean their books ! Don’t be too excited when they tell you they using meter boxes ! You pay levies of R800+ monthly on Alpha metering for staying in a two bedroom! “PQ system” what a scam
I gave it 2 star because I don't know the place and cannot rate it fairly. I cannot judge a book by its cover, but I noticed the reviews and feeling really sad that people have to be unhappy in their homes because of disrespect, lack of discipline and complex rules. I honestly hope something can be done . Maybe there should be a caretaker or a body corporate who has a kind but strict and strong demeanor, who can LEAD and help make everybody live happily🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
