Really well kept complex, visitors need to park outside. Laundry facilities, braai area and pool.

If you rent here, please before they tell you no animals be aware of the cats walking on cars. There is a lot of cats in this complex it started last year and it happen very quickly and the cats is out of control. I can’t leave my living room window open then the cats come into my appartment, my new car has scratches on the bonnet, and the cats sit on the cars, when the sun is shining, baking themself in the sun. I was sleeping one day and when I wake up from a cat noise hê was on my bed. Also check your water meter so you can stay in Track of your own water so you don’t receive a surprise bill. I enjoyed the complex 2024 until middle last year. Since then the complex became a cat complex. There is a lot of cats. When I moved in the rules was no animals. It changed without informing other tenants.
