Security not doing its duty

Beware of this place and read your contract. They don't like giving your deposit back and there are lots of clauses where they can keep your money. I am still waiting for the deposit I paid for our tags to get in. Please look for another place if you can. I would rather die than stay here again

The overall service has been subpar, and I feel compelled to express my concerns. Firstly, the level of service has been consistently unsatisfactory. Numerous attempts to address maintenance issues have been met with delays and inadequate resolutions. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of responsiveness. Moreover, security seems to be a significant issue, as incidents of theft have occurred within the premises. The feeling of insecurity is further amplified by the apparent indifference of the management to implement effective measures. The noise level within the apartment complex is another significant drawback. Despite raising concerns, there has been no noticeable improvement. The persistent disturbance has negatively impacted the quality of life for residents. Perhaps most disheartening is the apparent apathy of the landlords towards the well-being of their tenants. Reports and complaints seem to fall on deaf ears, creating an environment where residents feel neglected and unsupported. In conclusion, my experience at Forestdalle Villas has been far from satisfactory. I would caution potential renters to carefully consider these issues before committing to a lease in this establishment.

The Noise is Uncontrollable, Especially during weekends. Loud people very late to early mornings. Loud music from Cars is the same. The visible Electrical wires running on the walls on the passage, its just very untidy, you even feel ashamed if you have visitors. You can also literally hear people talking on the room above if you are inside, same with footsteps if a child is running on the room above .
