The owner is strongly racist towards Europeans, calling us "European trash" for pointing out that he charged us for a service we didn't use. Instead of apologizing, he even publicly racistly insulted us on Trip Advisor. We looked at the other negative reviews of the property, and in every case, the owner (a certain Greg) attacks guests with racist and very offensive language. It's incredible that this is allowed... don't be fooled by the positive reviews, which are based exclusively on the beautiful view from the hotel. Remember, all the accommodations in Camps Bay have beautiful views, so there's no point staying at Atlanticviews. You'll only risk being insulted and aggressively offended if you point out the problems with this place. I'm a traveler and grew up in a family of Italian hoteliers, so I can say with full knowledge of the facts that this person is the worst hotel manager I've ever dealt with. I have never received such vulgar and racial insults from a facility director, I am shocked.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Atlantic Views for about a week during our holiday. Perfectly located in sea point with easy access to the promenade and the beaches near by, also a ton of fantastic restaurants in the area that kept us occupied 😊 will be visiting again!
