Avondale Gardens

Beautiful and safe.The environment and surrounding area perfect for kids. Love the 24 hour manned security entrance.

It's not called Avondale Gardens (and the picture used by Maps is actually Waterford close) but there is a nice and peaceful greenbelt next to Waterford close for people to take their dogs for a walk or admire some birds and creatures of nature

I moved into Avondale Gardens in June 2022. The caretakers are always busy making the place look top tier; the grass is always cut, pool is blue, tennis court is swept. The security are tops, patrolling all the time, and checking thoroughly at the front before entering. I feel very safe here and the kids seem to get on.

Quant and nicely nestled on accessible road. Very quiet and the neighbours are decent. The places itself is a bit small but a good starter home type of thing. Very safe and 24hour security

I have stayed here since Jan 2022 moved from Jhb. The place is super safe , Ive never had any incidents , security on point , the pool is clean and tennis court too. Alot of trees and plants make it so peaceful.
