Balgowan is a very nice place, good for accommodation or to say lodging. Its secure and very quiet. Am not sure about pets,but I think they are allowed, long as they are.controlled.

Communal pool area, beautiful paths, apartments have either 2/3 bedrooms. Has a Body Corporate and Management Agency. Estate is well looked after. Offers a Garage and one open parking space per apartment. Perfect for Executives, or Lock-up and go. Great for investment. Lots of birds, makes one feel you're in nature. Quiet. If you want to live there, be mindful of how you'll contribute to the ambience, to enjoy it there aswell.
