Bel-Aire Place

Seems to be a fairly safe and nice place to live. I have not seen any child friendly facilities like a play area or anything. Maybe not so great if you have young ones but generally a good place

Not so great with privacy, not sure about security at the gate really, it seems once you mention the number you're allowed in, no verification, security needs beef up, definitely. Kids' playing area a challenge. But it's a quite place.

The only good thing is that the apartments are big, otherwise not so great with privacy, security at the gate really sucks and needs beef up, definitely not safe! No Kids' playing area. Excessive noise on weekends people literally party and talk till sunrise!

The actual units are quite spacious and affordable. The complex on the other hand is very dirty, there's no play area for the kids, the security is very weak and the place is just noisy both during the day(the kids) and at night( the adults have no sense of consideration whatsoever 😔

Great complex, great security team. Well run complex.
