Multiple thefts and break-ins due to poor security. The area is being developed, and does not have the infrastructure to maintain reliable water and electrical services. The developers are the body corporate, and do not provide a fair and reliable service. The developers take advantage of the complex facilities for their own personal gain at the expense of the home owners.

Very attractive from a distance, good facilities But services are poor ( no water if not low pressure in a month) not even a Jojo tank to assist residents Maintenance team very poor in communication, work execution, that’s if the even pitch. Cheapest quality curtain rails… Rules are very strict, can’t even host family or friends over Do a proper research before bonding yourself this type of set up. New struggling development

You can never finish a full week without issues, it’s either there is no water, there is no electricity or the WIFI assigned to the place by the Body Corporate is not working. Property managers are terrible, when you log a maintenance ticket you must remember what it was about because their service delivery and attentiveness is that terrible that you run around in circles instead of them attending to the tickets. Don’t be fooled by the looks!!!
