Couldn't braai on my friends balcony that he just paid R1.3 million for his flat and R30000. 00 for an extra parking.

Lovely Block of apartments but apartments were quite small so good for starter flat or couple with 1 kid .Not a lot of privacy as gardens are communal and you have to pay for an extra parking bay

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. Clean and fully equipped. The area is quiet but close to all major routes and shops. The host is super, friendly and helpful. I will recommend to all
