The quality of building in the estate is very below average. The contractors used to construct the houses provided terrible quality building and I am sure the builders were unqualified. The house is falling apart after only 1 year of being built. Developers in the estate are extremely money hungry considering the building of flats that were not on the original plans when the houses were sold and some kind of massive office park directly over the wall from residential properties. Never ending issues with the quality of materials and building of my house. I can't wait to move out this month.
Lovely, secure estate. Well laid out with stand-alone units and apartments for rent. Top access control.
Situated a few kilometres past the Cape Gate Mall. Wow the place was so ckean, quiet, but a good quiet, with security entrance. I think I would consider it if it fell in my budget. It looked really tranquil, perfect for morning and afternoon walk. I approve.
Based on my direct personal experience with this agency, I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to be extremely cautious regarding the end-of-tenancy process. In my experience, they withhold rental deposits, inflate the costs of alleged damages, and fail to provide actual, valid receipts or proof of repairs for the deductions they make. If you have experienced similar issues with deposit withholdings, lack of financial transparency, or inflated quotes from this agency, do not just accept it. I advise everyone facing this to immediately file a formal complaint with the relevant regulatory bodies: • The Rental Housing Tribunal (RHT) – For deposit disputes and unfair practices. • The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) – To report the agency's conduct. • The National Consumer Commission (NCC) – For consumer rights violations. Protect your hard-earned money, demand original receipts, and know your legal rights as a tenant.
