Plenty restaurants around to entice your taste buds with. It's also close to the tidal pools. Seafront apartments have spectacular views of the ocean. And the side apartments are shielded from the main road traffic buzz. Parking in the general area around the hot Sumner season is restricted, however, if you're patient you will find suitable street parking nearby.

Lived here 7 odd years, there are friendly people, there are also unfriendly people trust me they can make your life a living hell if you look at them in the wrong way, the building is a bit big, there is not enough stairs or lifts in place which calls for concern for evacuation. Rental is a bit high, but the location is prime, amazing seaviews and mountain views from some of the apartments. It is a good place to retire, or if you a young couple looking top start out, or professionals, the building is safe and you have that peace of mind.

A large apartment block from the 1960s, located directly on Beach Road. Despite its size, the building retains an authentic charm, with friendly residents creating a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the “good old days.” A local bus stop is conveniently situated in front of the building, while the main road, with its variety of shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away. Even closer is the world-famous Sea Point Promenade. A true highlight: Graaff’s Pool, located just across from Bordeaux. This historic public tidal pool is a well-known landmark of Sea Point; quite safe, unique, and simply breathtaking for a swim.
