Apart from the "off specification" traffic calming measures they've put up, the complex is homely.

I stay here. Complex is quiet and neat. Body Corporate and trustees are very active and care about our little community.

I live here. This picture is not even how the complex was actually built. SSI obviously achieved successful business, and earned more than quadruple. The body corporate (GMA) is extremely incompantant, almost seems like they don't what they are doing or they just don't care. The managing agents increased the levy by double. I have no problem with that as long as they provide the maintenence the complex requires. Only when I send one email, does things happen. The rest of the time, it just seems they collect money for I don't know for what? Poor financial department. But I see some improvement.

Lovely place. Just got an apartment there from end of May. Trust our stay is gonna be a good one. Relocated from PMB. Clean neat area. 24hour security.

Way to many units, noisy kids and hardly anyone follows the complex rules. Some people just play loud music and party all night long without regard for others. Others threaten to kill your pets because they don’t like them even though it’s pet friendly. If you want to live in a place where people complain all the time without actually doing anything, this is the place for you.
