Beautiful complex to stay in, safe and it is close to Crystal park spar and close to the taxis.

This place is very nice and clean, it's safe with 24/7 security and cameras.

No specific playground or control of kids who play soccer everywhere next to cars etc. Apart from that it has nice units, very spacious and neat. Estate is well maintained and security is friendly.

⚠️ **TENANTS — PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE** If **safety, security and peace of mind** are important to you, I strongly recommend thinking twice before renting at any of this company’s properties. Since taking over the building where I currently stay, the company has **removed the 24-hour security guard**, despite the well-known security and crime concerns in the East Rand. What concerns me even more is the attitude towards tenants’ safety. When I raised my concerns about the removal of security, I was essentially told that **if I’m unhappy, I can move out**. That response says a lot. As a tenant, you expect the company managing your property to take reasonable concerns about security seriously — especially when those concerns affect the safety of the people living there. Instead, my experience has left me feeling that **financial considerations are being prioritised over tenants’ safety and peace of mind**. Based on my experience, I would urge prospective tenants to **do their research, ask very specific questions about security, and speak to existing tenants before signing a lease with this company.** **My personal experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend these properties to anyone who places a high value on security and peace of mind.** 🚨 **Ask questions before you sign. Your safety should not be an afterthought.**
