Very clean and secure compound. Great for kids. Close to Eastgate shopping mall and Bedford Center. Rentals are a bit expensive in this compound.

It is good. Very clean, has lots of security, and it's location is good. You will have to content yourself, perhaps, it is too much neighbouring for a town house. It looking like high level class, and it is expensive there, you will never know what kind of people will be your neighbours, I mean, not everyone is good and sure you will have lots of people to deal with, it is quite large estate ! !! I would like to live in a little bit calmer environment, It is up to you! Good luck 😢😢😢 Have mercy
