It's a large complex, has a greater number of houses, all looking very nice, peaceful and calm, each house is allocated its parking for the cars, well demarcated, there is usually no problems in these regards. There is security personal present, and they are monitoring and patrolling every movement within the complex. There is also a boom at the entrance/exit also supervised by the security personal. Clean ,quiet and secured place

The exterior & landscape is the only thing that's nice about this place. But imagine paying almost R3000 for just water & lights?? The interiors are so old. Let's not even mention the bathroom, kitchen & taps. They're from 50 years ago. Management is too upclose in everybody's business, but of no help when u really need assistance! Be prepared to pay anything between 10k for 1 bedroom 1 person. & about 12-13k of u have a wife and a toddler. So be wary cause the agents would make it seem as if 8k-8.5k you can sort you out. It can!

Excellent secure complex! Everything is within reach. Restaurants, Schools, Police station, Shopping Malls etc. This place is the definition of Location, Location.
