Wad pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartments! And the views are spectacular! The commonly used areas are tidy and well maintained. Ample parking fo both residents and visitors. Access is securely controlled. Apartments are a stone's throw away from Valyland shopping mall and a short-ish walk from Fishhoek Beach. Longbeach mall and sunvalley mall is a short drive the other way.
