DEPOSIT ROBBERS .. LAIRS .. MONEY HUNGRY AGENCY!! I STAYED AT THEIR PREMISES AT BROOKE MANOR FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE DAMAGES I AM FALSELY CHARGED FOR COSTS R6 717.71. I LEFT THE PLACE CLEAN AND ONE ROOM WAS BARELY USED AND THE INSPECTOR TRIED BY ALL MEANS TO FIND PROBLEMS WHEN HE SAW THE FLAT IS CLEAN HE WAITED UNTIL I LEFT THE PLACE AND TOOK PICTURES OF SMALL CHIP ON THE CUPBOARDS ETC AND ALL THAT COSTS R6 717.71. STAY AWAY FROM RENPROP STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY LOOK FOR TRUE AGENTS NOT FALSE AGENT COMPANY THAT IS READY TO ROBB PEOPLE'S MONEY.THEY FORGET WHEN WE RENT AT THEIR PROPERTIES WE DO THEM A BUSINESS NOW WHEN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE PLACE THEY BECOME TO BE SO EVIL!

They are literally the worst. THEY OVERCHARGED US FOR REPAIRS THAT LITERALLY RENOVATES THE PLACE. IMAGINE R17K FOR REPAIRS!!!!!! WTFFFF. BAD MANAGEMENT, DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS ABOUT LIGHTS DYING A WEEK AFTER MOVING IN, SINK LEAKING AND BEING UNATTENDED, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, THEY NEVER FUMIGATED NOT EVEN ONCE, NOT FIXING THE FILES BEFORE MOVING IN. THEY Stole OUR DEPOSIT AND ARE DEMANDING WE PAY THE EXCESS BASED ON THEIR QUOTES, NO TAX INVOICES FROM 3RD PARTIES FOR COSTS INCURRED. IT LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT RENT WITH THEM AND YOU WILL SEE. RUN AWAYYYY!!!! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHITTY PLACE😡😡😡

Would rate 0 stars if possible Pleasant place during the stay, but don't even think of expecting a return of your deposit once you vacate. The landlord will charge you for wear and tear and the inspector's callout fee, which is unlawful, in addition to other costs. The outgoing inspection serves no purpose, as I was still charged extra for repairs that were discovered after the inspection report was signed and a video was taken. By law, the rental deposit should be kept in an interest-bearing account, but the landlord will dispute this and base your refund on the original deposit amount less charges.
