Cape Towers Apartments - Marshalltown.

I like it cz it's close to the Rea Vaya Station and it's in the peaceful side of Joburg CBD. Kinda a convenient place to live at but also, they could do better hey. They're rooms are way too small for the price they're asking.

I've made a review when I used to live at Towers Off Main. But it seems that it has been removed. So have other negative reviews I've seen before. Firstly the place is very dodgy, I've had my laptop stolen out off my apartment. And the building management have done absolutely nothing to help investigate. In fact, they never got in touch with me once.

What a pleasant, quiet and good looking building. I loved the gym and the extra storage cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. I love the large windows in the bachelor flats. Jimmy was amazing and such great help, patient and friendly. It was everything that I expected from the pictures that I saw on the internet. I just wish that they had a concrete braai area, the gas braai won't help to serve 3 people who want to braai at the same time.

The building is situated in the cleanest part of Johannesburg City, Walking distance to Bree Taxi Rank and Ghandi Square. The building itself is clean and good looking. The fresh smell of paint makes you feel at home. Great service from the building manager and staff (including Security).

This place is absolutely stunning. I saw it in passing when apartment hunting and I am glad that I stopped and stepped in to check it out. The area is quiet which is great. The apartments are very clean, spacious and have great modern finishes which caters to a young professional's lifestyle or a student and their budget. Highly impressed and highly recommend.
