The foyer is trendy and smart but the rest of rhe place ordinary and old. An overall feel of neglect but the position where it is situated is super.

Best apartment block in a wind free section of Sea Point. Across the road from the public swimming pool. Building has direct access to both Beach Rd & Regent Rd. A great weekend here is not starting the car. Everything is smack bang on your doorstep.
