A verry peaceful and quiet place with 24hr security. The place is lovely to occupy.

The Victorian style stands out amongst the collective of Rivonia developments and 24h security is appealing. I would stay here again when in Johannesburg.

The building looks really good from the outside, however there are a few things that really need attention. 1. I moved in on 1 December 2025. None of the issues that were listed as needing repairs on the move-in inspection have been attended to since. It is now February 2026 and I have not heard from RenProp. 2. The plumbing is very loud. When your neighbour takes a shower, you will hear the water flow and pressure. When your neighbour’s extraction fan is on, you will hear it. If you have a neighbour above you, you will hear every footstep. 3. Be prepared to handle your own fumigation. I am very glad I decided to rent here before purchasing a residential unit.

If you want to stay here, you better enjoy the smell of cigarettes or whatever crazy substance your neighbours smoke, coming through the extractor fan in the bathrooms and filling your entire apartment. For months I have had a downstairs neighbour who seems to smoke cigarettes , I stayed in apartment 210 and am in the process of moving out now because they simply cannot do anything about it. They issued some warning but now my emails land on deaf ears. I have no other issues however just be careful. The vents are shared and they don’t have a policy against smoking indoors. The quality of tenants is shocking for what you're expected to pay. I am thoroughly disappointed by the rental agents and would not wish my experience on any decent person.
