Die Werf Apartments - Hatfield.

Good place, quiet & close to most amenities (taxis, Gautrain station & the shopping centre). Access control & site management needs slight work.

Not safe, very loud, uncontrolled access but nice concept for students looking to have their own space but have the luxury of having a relationship with a flatmate

The manager of the grounds is virtually absent, any problem reported takes ridiculously long to resolve if it gets resolved at all. Die Werf is very well situated for students on the other hand and has potential to be worth 4-5 stars

Security is not great. Allowing anyone onto the premises. There is also a resident using the parking lot as a storage unit for his moving business which despite residents complaining has not been dealt with. It looks bad and is taking up residential parking spaces and nothing has been done by security or the caretaker to fix the issue.

Security is not so great. Freedom to bring in anyone and at anytime. No wifi, no laundry, no entertainment area. It has a braai area and washing lines. Other than that it's neat, the rooms are big and lots of parking space
