Worst caretaker in the world with no sense of private space and and with rules and regulations that will make you feel like you live in a prison. Althou only students may rent the apartment and take care of themselfs. They have to ask to let a visitor in along with a hole bunch of issues .. Its a PRISON with a year to year contract

Dorpstraat is really close to the university, with wide open space and great security services. The units are not as crammed as normal residences in the area. South street is quiet, making for a comfortable living environment. The rules are enforced, resulting in residents respecting one another. The WiFi is really affordable and fast enough. Ample parking (shaded by carob trees). The communal grounds are kept clean and the gardens are well maintained. Biometric access andprepaid electricity are part of what you can expect. Dorpstraat is an ideal place for the serious student.
