Dolce Vita Sea Point

This accommodation in Sea Point is truly wonderful!! It feels like home & the apartment is very spacious! It's kept incredibly clean and you feel very safe in the building, and there's someone at reception 24/7! All the reception staff are always so friendly!! I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely apartment. Found the staff super helpful and friendly. The apartment was serviced daily. Was a bit noisy at night. However, be warned that not all units offer off street parking. Fortunately the staff were able to accommodate us but this may not always be possible

Good place

Dolce Vita creates a noise disturbance from 6pm until 12.30am every night for residents in the area on Regent Rd. They have no respect for the residents of Sea Point. Staff leave anytime from 10pm to1pm and then stage loud parties on the pavement, singing and yelling at each other. Their multiple transport vehicles play music and add to the noise.This problem is not managed at all by Dolce Vita. This open plan establishment was designed to direct it's noise at the residents of Sea Point. BBG, the CID and ward counsellor are fully aware of this complaint but do nothing to manage it or to schedule meetings with the responsible parties. Regent Rd corner Church St is no longer a place for anyone to live.
