Eveleigh Estate - Boksburg.

I found the place very very clean, relaxing, good security and safe parking space the place is next to the mall ideal when traveling with kids

Excellent Facilities and friendly environment but must finish the renovation program and sort out the outside land in front of the Estate and the roads. That land is so disgusting, so harzadeous and might become a very dangerous area to pass on for many people.

I saw an advertisement by a property group for a rental. I spoke to Tiaan the caretaker and he was unhelpful and not very polite. The complex is disgusting!! It reeks and is not maintained at all. The unit had an awful odor and it had so much of damages in the inside!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I didn’t stick around long enough to get pictures !

Standard dwelling place with a public pool inside. It is very closer to the gym ,East Rand mall and some grocery stores like Checkers and Woolworth. There is no biometric system at the entrance. Security and drug issues are of big concern at this complex #flats#property#eveleigh#eastrand#townhouse

I wouldnt advise or recommend anyone to stay or rent there, if i knew i would have not. Agents dont disclose all the costs to you, apartment inside is destroyed and you have to repair it at your own costs, when you movein is dirty you need to clean the place from scratch yourself they dont hire companies to clean the apartment dont use RAWSON to rent a place mybe other agents care i dont knw, they only speak to you about rental but they dont tell you that you need to pay levies as if you bought the place, kanti so much rental what does it cover?? Electricity is prepaid, every month bill changes is just a nightmare you cant budget on it. I will not recommend it but go by your faith.
