Eveleigh Heights - Boksburg.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eveleigh Heights Complex for the past three months, and I can confidently say it has been a truly delightful experience. From the moment you arrive, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff make a lasting impression. Starting at the gate, the security guards set the tone for what you can expect throughout the complex. They are not only respectful and friendly but also maintain a strict enforcement of security measures—something that is incredibly important in today's world. It’s evident that these guards have undergone extensive training, as they operate with a level of competence that truly stands out. It’s reassuring to know that safety is a top priority here. Another highlight of our stay has been “JD,” the caretaker. His professionalism and dedication to maintaining the property are evident in every corner of the complex. The grounds are always neat and well-kept, contributing to a sense of peace and comfort for all residents. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we are currently in the process of making the decision to purchase an apartment in this wonderful community. Eveleigh Heights feels like home, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking a safe, friendly, and beautiful living environment.

This gemstone of a complex is truly unique, with a gym, restaurant/clubhouse and beautiful and spacious units

Removed my previous review just so that we could hopefully get a replacement into our unit because the place was absolutley miserable. Kids play unsupervised and damage property and shout the entire day. Working from home was impossible since you constantly have a high pitched scream from the kids as if they are in the apartment with you. Management is literally the worst and did not ever do anything about the situation, just that "they are working on it".

The vacation homes are super spacious, with units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. They aree clean although management cpuld do more on the stairs and other public spaces. The flats come with excellent amenities, including a spacious car park, fully-equipped gym, and a restaurant. However, one area for improvement would be adding more play areas for kids to play.

Place is deteriorating with the restaurant looking like a spaza shop and the gym has old equipment that does not work properly, most parking bays are missing shade nets. Maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority at all. Don’t advise anyone moving here, you will be extremely disappointed.
